Where does Good Ranchers source its meat?
We source 100% of our meat from local American farms and ranches. Unlike many grocery stores, we never use imported meat, ensuring you get the highest quality USDA Choice and Prime cuts.
How is the meat packaged for shipping?
Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at the peak of freshness. We ship your order in an eco-friendly cooler with enough dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen and safe at your doorstep.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our packaging is designed to keep your meat frozen for several hours after delivery. However, we recommend transferring your items to the freezer as soon as you are able.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Is your meat organic or hormone-free?
All of our beef, chicken, and pork are raised without added hormones or mRNA vaccines. Our chicken is pasture-raised and organic, and our beef is always antibiotic-free and vegetarian-fed.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order or are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to our support team and we will make it right.
